ovo88 Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident.

ovo88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ovo88, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and preferred payment method.

You are strictly permitted to hold one (1) account on the ovo88 platform at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or in conjunction with other individuals — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

ovo88 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers to accounts held with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for most supported payment methods.
• ovo88 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider or bank may impose separate charges.
• Deposits must be funded from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• Processing time is typically 3–10 minutes for verified accounts. Accounts pending KYC review may experience delays.
• ovo88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Withdrawals will be declined where outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been satisfied.

The following general conditions apply to all ovo88 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before withdrawal is permitted. Example: a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

7. Betting Rules & Payouts

All wagers placed on the ovo88 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager.

For sports betting, the following general provisions apply:

• Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a wager is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in.

• For abandoned or postponed sporting events, settlement rules are determined by the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ovo88 platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
